Saracino modeling ranges should be stored under proper conditions to maintain their quality. If your modeling paste begins to feel a bit dry after being stored for an extended period, you can restore its texture by adding a small amount of glycerin. This will help bring back its pliability and smoothness.
However, the Pasta Top (Fondant) should still be perfectly fine to use without any additional ingredients.
