Heart is approximately 1.25" tall x 1.25" wide and holds and 1oz of dough.
Not to get too technical into manufacturing but It has come to our attention that our tooling to make this mold, was made in a way that has left an imperfection inside the mold. The imperfection is very small but will require some smoothing of the dough to fill the slight dimple that has resulted from this blunder. We are having that issue fixed and will get new heart shaped cakes that will not have this imperfection but it will be several months before we receive that shipment. In the meantime we are offering this mold with imperfections at a significant discount. Please see picture to see imperfection.
